Depends on what the ticket is for. Basic tickets, for example setting reverse DNS when it doesn't work in their control panel, usually get pretty fast replies from Mike. Their support is really good f

Yeah, it can come in handy, but it's nothing specific to Cloudflare, and you could do it perfectly fine with another DNS provider, implying you know what records are you adding.

Before I used Cloudflare, my email went straight into "Spam" in gmail when using Hetzner server and its rDNS.

rDNS won't functional, it's not set up like that and has to be manually requested. The rDNS button will also not work as that's not recoded for Ryzen, you'll have to make a manual request.

Also the PTR (Resverse DNS) function does not work...

This is good to see! Something I've been wanting from BunnyCDN is their own DNS service for my domains, to avoid the extra DNS lookup when using a CNAME for the CDN. Sounds like this can do it.

I don't think so. IMO, you can do some basic javascript function like check for headers and return the dns record. But basically it will run on their edge servers.
