Just pick any decent provider, had more than a year uptime with Hetzner, Netcup, HostHatch, UltraVPS, more than 3 years with Iniz (ended up cancelling the server).

Netcup is state that in their TOS or "contract". 1&1 does not.

The groupware solution from netcup is nice, sadly you can only use it with domains, which are at netcup hosted, no external domains possible.

According to this, MXRoute supports it. If it doesn't, BuyShared seems to support it (starting at 8 USD/year), or you can go for NetCup's Groupware, which will be 3 Euro/month.

I think they are saying, if you have an idler that you aren't using, they will buy it from you. I don't know how or whether Netcup handles transfers of active servers.
