I'd say Netcup > PHP_Friends > Contabo but some might have another opinion and as usual, YMMV. Contabo ain't that bad, it depends what you really need.

btw. is php_friends good / same quality as netcup or more like contabo? I am pretty sure they adjusted theirs package and put moar RAM than last time I've seen theirs BF offer (few hours ago). https:/
