more than enough. So far I found https://www.netcup.eu/vserver/ this is 9 EUR for two cores, the second best I know is https://www.scaleway.com/en/bare-metal-instances/for 12 EUR but it's four cores.

So far I haven't been disappointed by FirstRoot and for me it is a nice addition to UltraVPS and Netcup etc. on the German VPS market, being smaller than the others with the advantage of a more person

I often find http://lg.netcup.net/ is way less overloaded than hetzner's official speedtest files. (plus it has mtr4/6)
