Grab some money and start a propper "company". Buy a cheap reseller from a reputable company and try to get some from this. Slow grow is the healtiest grow.

How much are you planning to commit to? Also what location? HE and Cogent can get pretty cheap. Zayo is gonna most likely be a bit more.

Well, that is a fair bit at least. I fear many cheap unmetered hosts won't be all that happy with this kind of saturation but for some it might still be borderline and they manage to take it. Like @Av
