I've heard ok things about VDS6. Pretty sure they have a presence here on LET. They have OpenVZ in Russia if that suits you. If you prefer KVM, they have it in Ukraine if you can wait a week or two

you are little bit correct. but they closed Romania location and their Russia location is stable now. they changed network carrier few months ago. now very good uptime at Russia.

Ukraine would be a better solution than Russia for vpn. It's a bit faster as it's closer to Europe.
