I would not put "I can't watch Orange is the New Black without buffering" on the same level as internet censorship in China or the Middle East or Russia, is what I'm saying.

You would not have problems with laws and regulations in Russia, as far as my past experience goes (Image)

Would be interesting to get a VPS located in Russia. Not sure about their laws and regulations, though.

"Russia has offered 3.9m roubles ($110,000; £65,000) in a contest seeking a way to crack the identities of users of the Tor network."

For Russia, check my post, maybe it can help. http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/623067/#Comment_623067

Hello there folks. I'm looking for a vps on Germany or Russia (Maybe Ukraine, I'll have to think about that) for small projects (Mostly static sites) and a private proxy (only me).

LET going to be a political community ( first Russia-Ukraine then Palestine-Israel discussions and now about ISIS )

For ~20$/year you can get the cheapest VPS in Russia by firstvds, network isn't the best but payment is monthly so you could cancel it if you don't like it.

@rm_ 250ms is way to high (problems at lpc-1.tvt.globalcom.lv ?). Usually ping is under 80 ms from Russia, Moscow / St.Petersburg. Example: https://www.site24x7.com/public/t/results-1406284594536.html

Do you have a Looking Glass? I am getting 250ms ping from Russia.

is closed. It will end a la Israel, UN condemns, Russia vetoes it in the security council, the case is buried, russian propaganda says it is Ukraine who did it because it was on Ukrainian soil which

Actually, yeah, except the russians, they turn a blind eye to whatever is wrong there and support Putin's regime because it conquers parts of other countries. The germans were even more optimistic abo
