I experienced that too. Open a VNC and from there (in that "slide in" menu) pick "hard reset".

I had issues too on the other deal, everything is not running correctly, I even took screenshots, but only ftp was restarted, the ssh issue was brushed off by the support as wrong password (yesterday)

It is, but for the 1 dollar offer is created by Blesta module so I only need to assign IPv6 to the VM and send the client IPv6 allocation and password into PVE, I guess that this wont take too long.
