No DMCA only YMCA

At the same time i believe that it makes not much sense that a part of the world has strong dataprotection/KYC/DMCA/.... while the other part does not care about it ( too much ).

How DMCA is relevant here?

After seeing more and more posts on LET about KYC/GPDR/DMCA legislation, i think the hosting/vps/vpn business should do some rethinking and be smartly renamed and or repositioned.

for over 5 years, using nginx reverse proxy for front at dmca ignored vps and host data at normal servers. use cloudflare for extra layer. all dmca mail gone to dmca ignored vps provider through cloud

Cloudflare pass all available data of its customers when DMCA moguls demands it. Also suspension of accounts happen.

Cloudflare forwards DMCA reports to the origin hosting provider.
