It was all fine till they started to block some customer domains and we have opened tickets. Than the whole situation has reached its ridicolous level.

Reading nginx manual tells me nginx can't do that because it only passes tcp to a backend without any inspection but to get people proper 443 routed for their domains:

We know how Spamhaus works. The issue we have is that SH has wrong DNS lists, maybe they use cached lists. We have showed them that they have outdated domains from us - not registered with us anymore

I absolutely agree with you. I have a lot of dirty cheap services for years and some of them are top-notch. But a provider will build in time this trust with his clients and the community.
