Indeed that's the solution and it's very cheap. You have zeptomail, mxroute mail baby, name crane. You have even free ones with help of Google search. All works great and cheap for mail relay and deli

We have been a mxroute reseller since 3 years and can definitely accomodate something.

I don’t remember whether MXroute allows SSH access, but if they do, you can, as I wrote earlier, log in via SSH and open the text file containing the string you need for your 2FA app.

People here recommend mxroute @jar usually. You can probably find good offers but you need to keep a close eye, they are popular.
