I have vps from LandVPS and i tried with vpn to open that site and works. Ping is 12s from vps to site given with mtr -T. Simple mtr and ping is not working probably site blocks it.

But if I'm using VPS for VPN, then, for example, YouTube starts "buffering" in the middle of the video.

A "lifetime" license that isn't actually for life and requires further payment makes trusting them with sensitive emails unthinkable.
