There should be a button "action" or something depending on your language settings, with an option to add a SPLA license. I used that in the past to bring my own license.

Or lenient FUP. Nobody on the planet can guarantee no congestion, even up to the edge of their own network. All networks rely on a reasonable mix of traffic flow and will break if everyone is sending
