not NL but DE, and VPS aren't very cheap, but noez.de has really cheap addon IPs if these drawbacks are worth it to you in case you wanna get more than 3 IPs in the future, half a euro a month per IP,

For my home lab I want two dedicated ipv4 addresses and yes a nice ipv6 block. There are services that sell IPs but it seems a VPS is cheaper for this.
