They are launching new locations left and right, it's awesome! Regular VMs are rock solid, we have hundreds of VM running on Linode and now and then we get emails about VMs being live migrated off to

I was hoping to get some info on how Linode has been since the Akamai acquisition? Specifically, I'm curious about how the Linode DDoS mitigation has been? I'd guess it's not "as good&quo

* Linode

https://www.linode.com was always prem. also https://liteserver.nl, https://www.ultravps.eu/en/, https://www.lunanode.com, https://buyvm.net, https://ginernet.com/en/ etc.

OVH, Hetzner, Vultr, Linode, Netcup, LiteServer

I can vouch for Hetzner, Vultr and Linode. There are plenty providers who offer hourly pricing like UpCloud, LightNode, OneCloud, RamNode, CloudCone, VirtuaCloud, SkySilk, Xenyth Cloud, etc.

As far as I know, Vultr, DigitalOcean, and Linode. Any more better than these three?

It's not aggressively competitive. It's just competitive. Lightsail line is Amazon's alternative to DigitalOcean/Vultr/Linode.

Curious which DC, Vultr has always been the least reliable out of the "midsized three" cloud providers (DO, Vultr, Linode)

Yes, unfortunately, the only alternatives to Hetzner are DigitalOcean and Linode, which are both expensive and have low bandwidth.

Our standard prices are still 70% below comparable plans from DO, Vultr, Linode etc in India.

Based on hostnames looks like a mix of Linode, Vultr, Hetzner and Ramnode https://www.jsdelivr.com/globalping?measurement=a5VBeW7fr53DYMnR

They have limit of montly traffic (about 10 TB) and price for monthly traffic it too high. for example, Linode 20 TB traffic= $1,152. Vultr has 10-12TB traffic limit monthly and high price
