Well my new PC will have a Ryzen 9 9700 CPU. So I could probably do some world generation on here, and then upload that to my VPS.

Worldstream is owned hardware with their own DC in the Netherlands (close to Rotterdam).

Maybe a Ryzen 9 7950X could do you good. I believe RackNerd might restock those or already have those.

Oh, Minecraft I know has it's own developer network and fans, but, only recently did I come to know that it was extreemly popular (Image)

That's the reason, because of the ease of use, this is why I prefer to even pay for CDN instead of building one.
