I use and recommend Zoho Zepto for this. It's deliverability is great, and it's extremely cheap as well. It only costs 2.50e per credit, and each credit includes 10000 emails and expires in 6 months.

IMHO it's now up to them to prove that they've tried to inform me, otherwise the downtime is unplanned. With a provider I'd only have a VPS from I would care less, but with colo it's different.

If you need to crypto-mine just colocate a GPU server with cheap power. Or use AWS/Azure.

I think the cheapest and best is @host_c , but I can't tell you about Windows because I hardly use it but which OS to back up shouldn't matter anyway.
