Since when is there a Ryzen 9 9900 non-X and since when do Ryzen 9 CPUs have just 8 Cores? If you already have the 9000 non-x CPUs, feel free to send some over.

I had the same problem. On a positive note, however, I must mention that the problem was solved within two hours. Also got a Ryzen 3700X.
