Changing your vps IP will solve nothing. It's just APAC since bandwidth is fucking expensive and it's not cheap since it costs a lot just to deliver data.

Another thing for me is that my ISP doesn't offer IPv6, so I lease a /48 from FRC and a very wonderful LET provider announces it. I then use a VPS with that provider to route the /48 home over WireGua
