I’ve bought a few VPS, Dedis and App slots(seedbox) from them and would recommend. Pretty much everything is leaseweb. For VPS at least, billing is prorated which I find a bit annoying.

If that returns something, then yes it's shared. The only time you'd have a dedicated port on a VPS is if it's using SR-IOV, and you would know if it does that because it would be a lot more expensive

I was a long-time customer too — until they took my $11, couldn't deliver a VPS, promised a refund in 7-14 business days, and never paid it. I chased them for over a month. Ticket #1470108 was closed
