Both IPs belong to DigitalOcean. Someone probably got free credits and is renting out VPS from it.

All these tools are free and very easy to use. You can also get the help of your favorite LLM to write the approprite bash scripts.

That's unfortunate but somehow expected - on forums other than LET, transferring entire account seems to be standard practice unless the providers offers free transfers of services.
