Was going to suggest this. In case it’s not obvious, it’s via the email service. Can buy lifetime plan in 250GB increments. They allow you to use the storage associated with your mail plan with (s)ftp

Are integrated backup and restore in Cpanel, Direct Admin good enough? or is better to manually download database through phpMyadmin and zip files in file manager?

Something else worth doing — run ipmitool user list 1 on your server and check how many accounts exist. Most providers keep an operator-level account with their own password. That's enough to reboot y
