If you can double the budget, there are managed database services available (DO & Vultr), these would be infinitely more secure and performant than hosting on a LET VPS

If i take asia, especially in a dictatorship, id prefer to deal with the nationalised provider or whoever does their hosting (eg. ps.kz in KZ) and not a small shop.
