Pretty sure that's above his budget, but actually, $10 is not possible for a dmca ignored server. NAT VPS is possible though, but I haven't seen dmca ignored on NAT vps before.

I've found some cheap natvps's with unlimited bandwidth but finding one that is DMCA ignored has proven to be a bit more of a challenge, I appreciate your constructive input though.
