Did some of you had a VPS and a RS with Netcup and could tell if the difference in performance is noticeable? (Only had their VPSs myself)

Links change, and some VPS don't stay available more than a few minutes... you can check on https://www.camelus.eu/netcup/ every 10 minutes or so to see if it appears in one of the first lines.

Netcup with its questionable billing practices should be avoided at all costs if possible. There is php-friends, hetzner and plenty of alternatives. Think five times before placing an order!
