Considering the price listed its not about that yearly fee but more about facilitating services for criminals. Only people I've seen sharing and using ASNs that aren't them is criminals doing crime.

Perhaps the host machine assigned to us by the provisioning system is simply a bit overloaded; however, considering the price of $12 per year, I really have nothing to complain about.
