I found that the cost of cigarettes per month is enough to allow me to have two such servers. Smoking is harmful to health, but the server will not.

New special from Netcup. Quite a big VPS, but decent bang for the buck.

Netcup and php-friends are highly recommended for dedicated CPU VPS.

Sites nginx + fpm can fly with 1300 req/s on my server production 16 core netcup

(I believe that netcup use SAS SSD -- their SSDs are very performant. PHP-Friends also offered SAS SSD on some of their previous generation of VPSes.)
