Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Serbia, Romania and more completely don't give a fuck about DMCA - even on residental ISP's.

Their quality is not always good, its a roulette really. They oversell af but you get what you pay for(also all of their locations are DMCA ignored).

They only provide fast technical support though, sales, DMCA, and billing isn't as fast and can take a few days.

Certainly you sent to any reseller hosting in Netherlands. Because your DMCA probably should be go to /dev/null

Also, do you mind telling us a name of hosts you sent your "DMCA" to? I find it pretty hilarious, if they claimed to be "bulletproof" yet folded to foreign laws.
