initially when i got the server, it showed 1.8tb at the top, and it was on that drive. when i reset it, it changed to 18.8gb.

HA for shared is messy. There's that new control panel Enhance that I think can do it since everything is containers, but it's still very young. Doing HA for cPanel or DA isn't what you think either.
