I know what you mean, but providers I mentioned offer also Layer 7 protection and work fine with game servers etc. maybe only netcup does not - I just didnt test it with anything other than normal web

Just use netcup as backend. They are solid, they will give you 120TB traffic and after that they throttle to 200Mbps. Backend server is a lot more important, as all your files will be there.

Netcup root server has 120TB bandwidth limit, after that it slows down to 200Mbps.

Btw netcup verifies users so they can provide best performance/price ratio with 0 abusers and 0 problems. And thats very good. 100% uptime, 0.1% cpu steal for couple euro.
