I think that only affects the cpu during boot time, it will change the clock speed shown in yabs but won't affect the geekbench score

The VPS is decent, but the network outside Europe is not that great. Speeds within europe are okayish. I ended up picking up a HostHatch storage box, hence this one is available for transfer.
