I was searching for a good yet decently prices VPS in Dallas, did test some and ended with a @kuroit VPS. (I like it and still have it).

Cloudblast unlimited bandwidth is good, VPS's are not powerful but great deal for the bandwidth. I've pushed nearly half a petabyte of traffic in a month with no restrictions.
