If you look at the reverse dns, the entire block is assigned to servers.guru, Sollutium won't be able to help.

My requirements are very basic but need stable provider. (I will check Ping/traceroute from different locations before order). Going to use it mainly for our DNS (using cPDNSOnly)

I get a /29 from Ardent Networks for inbound IPv4 through SNIProxy and for DNS. /48, technically /40, is mine, though. Does that count, or only no IPv4 presence at all?

Yes that would work - although depending on your latency to the vps you might not want to use the dns-part, but just the proxy part
