LET users are capable to make their own decisions instead of relying on competitor-controlled accounts. None of them have shown any Windows VPS with a license and a 10Gbps port for under $7 per month.

I think you are not considering the cost of the Windows license in your plan. You are comparing Linux with Windows. Linux is free, but Windows is not.
