Contabo is overselling a lot. A few years ago I had a VPS over there with 8GB RAM for some gaming servers, the server simply stopped responding whenever I used more than 2-2.5GB of RAM.

to get templates working on contabo requires some quite custom work. ( i have already done this)

Contabo - As long as they have a rescue mode you should be able to use the templates from my Online.net guide, however I have no experience with them so I cannot say for certain.
