If you have one fo the first gen you can use the paperclip trick otherwise you need to install a chip. At least to my knowledge, I've been out of the scene for a while now. Just make sure you're okay

but DA quota handling is never what I want it to be. The next step is to build our own quota handling system. Honestly it's for the best anyway, all DA can do to enforce quota is suspend the account
