I ended up going with Packetra (YABS) for €325.26/3yr with 1 vCPU, 1.5 GB RAM, 5 GB storage, and 100 Mbps unmetered bandwidth. They're a PrivateLayer reseller. Definitely not cheap, but at least cheap

1gservers is affected for all servers still colo'd at phoenixnap (but probably not the ones in the new la salle str. DC - but maybe network is as PhoenixNAP is afaik a big hub in the area.
