Nope, VPN never banned in Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries.

Hosting porn is illegal in Russia and South Korea, and pretty surely also in Norway. If your country is US negative it likely is pro-RU and vice versa anyway.

Hosts layer has some other locations like Russia, Norway, S/Korea and I had asked and they said No.

The server will mainly be used for our customers outside Russia.
