I have one VPS from Contabo but only for websites there CPU is bad too.Scaleway I heard they suck I'll check kts24 but I saw reviews here on lowendtalk that they charge like 11€ for TB of bandwith so

Contabo cores are not dedicated. You start out with a gigabit port, but if you use it for 9? days you get throttled to 100 mbit/s.

load onto it (was rsyncing data from OVH over to Contabo). Doesn't look badly oversold to me, performance is okay, with writes at around 50 MB/s at worst (most of the times it's at 100 MB/s).
