I have used WHMCS for almost 14 years and moved to Blesta recently. However, they lack a few functions (that WHMCS has) other than that Blesta is love.

Personally I would choose for my use case WHMCS, but that is for my use case. So look at what you need first, then test both and see which fits those needs more so.
