I don't want cheaper than 8$ a month, I'm fine with paying 9.99$ for the first license, however I'd like a similar price for the professional license, if not similar atleast at the price range of 24-2

A Blesta-owned license can save you $$. Don't forget to check WHMCS reseller program prices. I doubt anyone can do it cheaper than $8 per month.

That said that IMO, I myself use BuyVM/Namecrane for the licence just use a VPS instead of shared, you will be hard-pushed to find another reseller of whmcs with the bulk price discount to get close t
