Welcome to meet ps.kz and hosting.ua, at least some time ago both had no issues to spoof whatever you wanted from colo and dedis (not VPS).

Ask yourself: why would you need a DMCA ignore VPS. Is it copyrighted content? Is it content that doesn't suit the US? Is it something else?

I doubt this lawsuit will move the needle, but I hope RAM prices fall because of this lawsuit. I don't want VPS prices to go out of control.
