We use WHMCS ticket to receive and store the valid ID document. The customer can upload the ID in a ticket or send it via email. When the email is imported, WHMCS deletes the file from the email inbox

Hi, very sorry for this and strange. It has been solved now. Somehow the wrong license ID was placed on the server.

24 hours ago you replied with a “solved” on the ticket. 24h later the problem with the license persists.

@VPSSLIM - When a license is about to expire, don't they send multiple notifications to inform the business about the expiry, so there will be no downtime for customers?
