why not? whmcs overall is a CRM system. totally depends on how mayn customers you have and how often it will be accessed. most of the data will reside in database and therefore be cached in memory mos

Depends on your traffic. I had WHMCS run on a 2C 4G VPS with no issues.

It's simple for providers to automate / generate a random one automatically upon ordering. I'm not sure why providers don't just do that with a WHMCS hook.
