I think this is default DNS from WHMCS - If you buy a license you get a free hosting.

Like Russia, their payment systems are embedded. Unlike Russia, they're one of the few places you need a relatively expensive license to run a hosting business legally (ICP).

If that's a WHMCS limitation, then at least you're aware of it and took steps to minimize any issues. Can't knock someone for something they don't have any control over.

Hybula code is Apache License, so everyone is free to copy it as long as it's released under a compatible license and properly attributed.
