I wouldn't really go with Netcup as I tried to make an order with them a while ago and they requested a photo of me holding a piece of paper with their code + scans of some documents. I understand why

@AezaHost, @netcup or @Hetzner_OL if you just want cheap / the very most your money will get you (in theory, not practice).

Netcup's another great option too.
