tbh, i understand this but my rule is dont expect service when you are going for cheap service. but i do understand frustration, especially if it was for ddos which is not under your control.

Turns out, they suspended the account because we were under a DDoS attack.

* Our clean traffic peak is shy of 200Gbps, our largest recorded DDoS flood we mitigated (to date) was 2.31Tbit/second, and our clean 95th% globally currently is ~30Gbps.
