I will go with contabo, their vps'es running well, no problems with them. I can recommend them.

20gb ssd, currently my first option actually is contabo as they advertise guaranted ram but if someone know other provider please share thanks.

How fast is upload and download speeds? Since I operate a Contabo server, I have noticed geography adds quite a bit of latency though LSCache and OpenLiteSpeed help alleviate that problem a lot.
