Crowncloud accepted me after all. It's $30/year for KVM (not sure where I got the $28 from), but besides that fits all criteria.

@cipher vpeasy has a broken website and crowncloud ($28/year regular price) does not want me as a customer.

I currently have active host, vpn or test instances with SSDNodes, SupremeVPS, SolvedByData, vpsAO, CrownCloud, TechVPS and AlphaRacks.

CrownCloud (Quadra): 126MB/s port, speed is ~65MB/s

I saw improvement on 3 of 4 download tests (mirror.nl.leaseweb.net, ping6.online.net, proof.ovh.ca all pulling files at least 3 to 5 MB/s to CrownCloud/Psychz via IPv6).

just getting a few minutes to check again a bit more now - I've got a few updates from support at CrownCloud, investigating IPv6 routing from GT vs Telia but nothing definitive yet.

I just ran a couple inbound MTR to CrownCloud at Psychz (one from Fremont, one from Las Vegas). Seems fine to me but I could be missing something.

crowncloud support requested some MTRs to pass along to Psychz ...

looks like something is off with ipv6 upstream from both letbox and crowncloud at psychz right now.

I'm hoping that @Key900 with Letbox, my own provider, and @SpeedBus with CrownCloud, both in that DC, and maybe some more... would help and give me 2 minutes to help diagnose that weird IPv6 routing :

Psychz - I just setup ipv6 on a box there from CrownCloud, so could run a few traceroutes or whatever if you have some specific locations in mind.

@uxtvdl - CrownCloud Frankfurt has fast network as well as excellent disk i/o. (But if you really want storage in Amsterdam then HostHatch has a nice setup there - normal price is $20 per TB monthly.
