Well, my VPS is not on that one and down again, after having 50% packet loss. You really shouldn't let customers do your job of monitoring.

Hey, please check ticket #TMSKRQF9LVU8W. My VPS hasn't worked properly for a single day yet.

This isn't true. They offer VPSs from two locations, one is their own hardware and network in Eindhoven and another is the Leaseweb offerings from the AMS-01 centre.

The KVM/VPS 1vCPU | 1GB Ram | 10GB NVMe is now fixed when we added the promo Friday we must of not selected the plan to be part of the offer for new customers

All VPS instances on our website at this time is from Leaseweb, in all of the regions - It is true that we used to have VPS's on the website from our own site in Eindhoven, those are coming back once

Anyways typically shouldn't need provider-side shutdown more often than 1-2 times early in the VPS life as well.

Easier to just remove it and not bother, graceful shutdown works anyway via ACPI. Just make sure to run acpid. Won't get VPS metrics in provider panel, but why visit that more often than once a year o
