Seems very strange. Is your email and password the same and found in https://haveibeenpwned.com

And use a password manager to autogenerate a long and tough password so can't be brute forced easily.

Use Bitwarden for a Password manager and different passwords for all the sites, I'm only using 2fa on GitHub by force.
