You could also get a BuyVM KVM slab, add $3/m for a Path protected address and GRE tunnel to any other server.

BuyVM - although they may cap your port speed to 25 megabits on the $3.50 plan if you abuse it really bad but I've put 30tb a month through it before no issue.
